Stay Eastbourne provides guests with access to holiday rental accommodation through direct bookings on our website and via third-party platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
Bookings made through third-party platforms are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.
3. Eligibility to Book
The primary guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
By making a booking, you confirm that:

4. Booking Process

Guests may be offered instalment payment options depending on the lead time before arrival;

Missed instalment payments are subject to a 48-hour grace period before cancellation;

5. Security Deposit
For direct bookings made through our website, a £200 security deposit will automatically be charged 2 days before check-in.
The security deposit will normally be refunded within 2 days after check-out, subject to:

No missing items;

No breach of house rules;

No unauthorised guests or events.
We reserve the right to deduct reasonable costs for damages, repairs, additional cleaning, lost keys, smoking violations, or breaches of these Terms.
If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests remain liable for all additional costs.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guests are entitled to a 100% refund within 24 hours after a booking is accepted, provided the booking was made at least 14 days before check-in.
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Stay Eastbourne reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances including:
